1	Fly to Skardu & Local Exploration Flight from Karachi or Islamabad to Skardu. Hotel check-in and rest. Light visits: Skardu Bazar and Sadpara viewpoint Overnight in Skardu Valley.
2	Upper Kachura Lake & Shangrila Visit Upper Kachura Lake. Visit Lower Kachura (Shangrila Lake). Free time for boating or short walks. Overnight in Skardu.
3	Shigar Valley & Cold Desert Drive to Shigar Valley. Visit Shigar Fort. Explore Cold Desert Skardu. Optional short hike to Kharpocho Fort. Return to hotel.
4	Khaplu Valley & Manthoka Waterfall Full-day trip to Khaplu Valley. Visit Chaqchan Mosque and Khaplu Fort. Explore the local village and fish farm. Stop at Manthoka Waterfall while returning.
5	Deosai National Park Early departure to Deosai National Park. Visit Sadpara Lake, Bara Pani, and Sheosar Lake. Simple picnic lunch. Return to hotel.
6	Free Day in Skardu Valley Rest at hotel or walk around Skardu Bazar. Optional visits: Organic Village, Katpana Lake, or a viewpoint hike. Overnight in Skardu
