Her role includes handling client requirements and resolving operational issues efficiently. She closely monitors service quality to ensure company standards are met. Kubra also supports tour planning and execution from start to finish.

Ali works as a Senior Field Officer, managing on-ground tour activities and ensuring smooth field operations. He coordinates directly with guides, drivers, and local partners during tours. His role includes monitoring tour progress and handling real-time operational challenges.
Ali ensures that itineraries are followed and safety standards are maintained. He supports guests on-site and addresses their immediate needs. He also reports field updates to the operations team. His presence helps ensure tours run efficiently and without disruption.

Azeem Kara works as Senior Field Officer and Lead SEO, managing both on-ground tour operations and digital visibility. He oversees field coordination to ensure tours run according to plan and handles real-time operational support.
Alongside this, he leads SEO strategy to improve search rankings and online reach. His role includes optimizing website content and monitoring performance data. He aligns field insights with digital content for accuracy and relevance.
